修復方法

1. 檢查源庫或目標庫是否處于正常運行狀態。
2. 檢查源庫或目標庫與DTS實例之間的網絡是否正常連通。
3. 檢查DTS的實例IP是否在源庫或目標庫遠程訪問的白名單中。
4. 恢復數據庫正常連接后，重啟任務。
